NEW! Effective immediately, if a course and vendor have been approved by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System for continuing education, that course will also meet the continuing education requirements under the Indiana Loan Broker Act.

Companies and individuals should check the status of their submission via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System on a regular basis as all communication will occur through the NMLS. If the licensee or registrant is not receiving email notifications this will need to be resolved through the NMLS call center at 240-386-4444. The Indiana Secretary of State, Securities Division will not send separate communications outside of the NMLS.
