Important Deadline Information!

NEW! All current licensees must pass the NMLS National Compoenent SAFE Test by July 1, 2010.  It is important to note that there is a 30 day waiting period after each unsucessful attempt.  Please refer to the NMLS for details on registering for the test. 

Perpetual Bond now available, please click here for new bond form.  New bond form should not have an expiration date.

Companies and individuals should check the status of their submission via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System on a regular basis as all communication will occur through the NMLS. If the licensee or registrant is not receiving email notifications this will need to be resolved through the NMLS call center at 240-386-4444. The Indiana Secretary of State, Securities Division will not send separate communications outside of the NMLS.
