The Prosecution Assistance Unit is comprised of the Securities Commissioner, Senior Investigator, two attorneys and two investigators.
The investigators include the Division's senior supervising investigator who has over 17 years experience in the brokerage business and two former law enforcement officers who collectively have over forty years of state and local police investigative experience.
All of the PAU staff have received training from agencies such as: The US Department of Justice, The National White Collar Crime Center, Magloclen, North America Securities Administrator's Association (NASAA), National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), and Continuing Legal Education Classes.
