Dealer Services DivisionOff-Site Sales Requirements
Off-site sales licensees may be issued to any current licensed Indiana dealer, manufacturer, automobile auctioneer or transfer dealer for the purpose of conducting a vehicle event at a location other than the applicants established place of business. A dealer may not hold more than four (4) offsite sales may within twelve (12) calendar months (1 year ending with date of current offsite sale license application date). Vehicle sales may not be conducted on Sunday pursuant to Indiana Code 24-4-6-1, unless the sale is a Special Sales Event. The temporary location must be:

However the sponsor must notify the Commissioner in writing of the scheduled event, and its participants at lease thirty (30) days prior to a show.
