HUNTINGTON COUNTY -   The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Fort Wayne District, announces that S.R. 124, near Mt. Etna, between S.R. 5 and S.R. 9, will be closed due to a bridge deck replacement project. The closure is expected to be lifted by late September.
The official detour route is S.R. 5, to I-69, to S.R. 128 to S.R. 9.
The project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The contract was awarded to Primco based on the company's low bid of $690,000.
