This county has proposed changes to their local rules following guidelines established by the Indiana Supreme Court. Comments to the proposed local rules will be accepted from May 7, 2013 to June 7, 2013. Supreme Court approval is not required Due to conversion to Odyssey on 05.13.13 the effective date is May 13, 2013.
The Indiana Supreme Court has authorized an Electronic Filing Pilot Project for Marion County within certain guidelines including adoption of local rules, which are located at LR 49-AR 16-311.
