The mission of the Indiana State Department of Health’s statewide comprehensive information and referral service, the Indiana Family Helpline is to link families into needed services. One method of marketing of our services is through the Indiana Family Helpline flyers in English and Spanish. Please complete this form in its entirety. If you have any questions, contact us at 1-800-433-0746. The Helpline hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Voicemail is available after hours, weekends and holidays.
