Answer the following questions for a healthy and safe home.

1. Are extension cords kept to a minimum and covered to avoid tripping?

 

2. Are gutters and downspouts in good shape to keep water away from the house?

 

3. Is there a working smoke detector with a good battery?

 

4. Is there any sign of cockroaches present?

 

5. Is there any sign of rodents present?

 

6. Does anyone smoke in the house?

 

7. Are there handrails present on all areas with more than three steps?

 

8. Is there Mold present in the home?

 

9. Are screens present in at least one window in each room for safety and ventilation?

 

10. Are electrical outlet safely covered?

 

11. Is the furnace safely closed and fee of clutter?

 

12. Is there the breaker box safely covered?

 

13. Does the bathroom have a window that opens or a ventilation fan?

 

14. Is the house clean and free of clutter?
