To qualify as an accredited reinsurer please submit the following to IDOI.

Please note that by making such a filing, you are submitting to Indiana jurisdiction.

  • Most recent Annual Statement including Actuarial Opinion & MD&A
  • Most recent Quarterly Statement
  • Most recent Audited Financial Statements
  • Most recent Department Examination
  • Completed Form AR-1
  • Certified copy of the Company’s home state Certificate of Authority
