County / Local Government Records Management: Retention Schedules
The following links are all county and local retention schedules that have been passed by the Indiana Oversight Committee on Public Records. All future approved schedules will be posted to this page.
These schedules may be used only after ADOPTION BY THE COUNTY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC RECORDS for your county. Any records not listed on these schedules may be destroyed only with permission of the the COUNTY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC RECORDS and the INDIANA COMMISSION ON PUBLIC RECORDS.
