If you have applied with FEMA and the SBA and still have an unmet need, please take the following steps.
Call FEMA and identify yourself as an Indiana flood victim. The phone number is 1-800-621-FEMA (3362). It operates between the hours of 8a.m. and 6p.m. (Eastern time), and those with speech or hearing impairments may call TTY 1-800-462-7585.
Once you have spoken with FEMA and if you still have unresolved concerns or questions, call the Office of Disaster Recovery. The ODR can be reached at 317-234-4302 or at odr@gov.in.gov
A Long Term Recovery Committee has been formed to assist flood victims in Lake, Laporte and Porter counties: LARRI or the Lakeshore Area Regional Recovery in Indiana. Please contact the Office of Disaster Recovery (317-234-4302) to be put in touch with LARRI.
