Honors and Recognitions are provided by the Office of the Governor to recognize individuals for their contributions to the State of Indiana.  The goal of an award is to celebrate the achievements and recognize individuals for their accomplishments.  All nominations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  To process any nomination for recognition, the Governor's Office requests 6 to 8 weeks notice. 

To proceed, please contact your local state legislator (state senator or state representative) using the form below.  (Who's My Legislator?)  Your legislator will help you compile all of the necessary information and provide a letter of recommendation of their own.
