Online Sales Disclosure Application

Effective January 1, 2010, many counties have opted for software vendors to handle their sales disclosure data processing. These counties have opted out of public data entry in the State Sales Disclosure Application and have been removed from the list of available counties. An up-to-date, county-by-county listing of how sales disclosures should be filed may be found HERE. Please check this listing regularly as counties transition to and from the State Sales Disclosure Application.

For counties that are remaining with the State Sales Disclosure Application, county resources will now handle all technical issues directly. If you have technical problems with the completion of this form, contact the County Assessor's office in the county of filing.County Assessor contact information is available HERE.

The below button will take you to the State online sales disclosure application, which will allow you to complete your sales disclosure information online, and will prepare a PDF copy that can be printed and signed before delivery to your County Assessor.

Please be aware that internet security settings can prevent the online application from successfully submitting sales disclosures. To prevent this from happening, we recommend the following:

Under Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options...
Choose the Security tab.
Click on Trusted Sites - this will be the green check mark.
Click on the button labeled "Sites..."
In the box labeled “Add this Web site to the zone”, enter the following address: http://www.stats.indiana.edu/
Click Add, then click OK.
Restart your browser to effect the change.

The DLGF has developed a public search application for new (post-July 1, 2008) sales disclosures. This application will allow you to retrieve data for any sale since July 1, 2008 that has been filed with the DLGF’s online sales disclosure application. To access this application, simply click the button below. Please note that IC 6-1.1-5.5-3(d) restricts release of phone numbers in this search application.

A number of improvements to the Sales Disclosure online application have been identified and are being pursued by DLGF. The list below is provided to identify and track these improvements. If you have a suggestion for an improvement, please submit your suggestion to data@dlgf.in.gov for consideration.
