Online Sales Disclosure Application
The below button will take you to the DLGF’s online sales disclosure application, which will allow you to complete your sales disclosure information online, and will prepare a PDF copy that can be printed and signed before delivery to your County Assessor.
Please be aware that internet security settings can prevent the online application from successfully submitting sales disclosures. To prevent this from happening, we recommend the following:
- Under Internet Explorer, select Tools - Internet Options...
- Choose the Security tab.
- Click on Trusted Sites - this will be the green check mark.
- Click on the button labeled "Sites..."
- In the box labeled “Add this Web site to the zone”, enter the following address: http://www.stats.indiana.edu/
- Click Add, then click OK.
- Restart your browser to effect the change.

The DLGF has developed a public search application for new (post-July 1, 2008) sales disclosures. This application will allow you to retrieve data for any sale since July 1, 2008 that has been filed with the DLGF’s online sales disclosure application. To access this application, simply click the button below. Please note that IC 6-1.1-5.5-3(d) restricts release of phone numbers in this search application.
