Register Vehicle as New Indiana Resident
To register your vehicle as a new Indiana resident, you will need to visit a license branch and provide your vehicle's Certificate of Origin and Odometer Statement. You will also need to show proof of insurance.
New residents must also apply for a title before receiving a license plate at a branch.
